We provide regular photo updates and loving care around the clock, so you can travel worry-free knowing your furry friend feels safe and snug. No crates, no stress, just tail wags
Cancellation Policy
We completely understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a booking, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your pet’s scheduled stay or service. Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice will not be charged, and any prepayments will be fully refunded. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking total will apply.
